The answers:
1. Esposito was a member of the Chicago Black Hawks at the time of the 1965-66 Topps rookie card.
2. Jean Beliveau is the player pictured on the Dickie Moore 1953-54 Parkhurst card.
3. Topps produced their first hockey card set in 1954-55.
4. The Bobby Hull rookie card (#66) is by far the highest valued card in the 1958-59 Topps set. Beckett values the card at $3000.
5. The Marcel Paille rookie card is the highest valued rookie in the 1964-65 Topps set. Although he played just 107 games in the NHL, he was a star in the American Hockey League and is a member of the AHL Hall of Fame.
6. Don Cherry had just one hockey card with his face on it during his active days. His rookie card is part of the 1974-75 O-Pee-Chee series when he was the head coach of the Boston Bruins.
7. Bryan Trottier is the value leader of the 1976-77 series with his rookie card being valued at $60 by Beckett.
8. The slight mistake O-Pee-Chee made in 1975-76 was spelling Yvan with an ‘o’.
9. According to O-Pee-Chee, Esposito broke his record of 76 goals in 1972-73 with 78. This was an error and the record he set in 1970-71 remained the top NHL mark until Wayne Gretzky entered the scene.
10. The most valuable World Hockey Association hockey card ever produced by O-Pee-Chee was the number 1 card in the 1974-75 set. The card featured Gordie, Mark and Marty Howe of the Houston Aeros.
